Full payment is required at the time of booking. Reservations are not confirmed until payment is received. Cancellations made thirty (30) days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund, less any non-refundable processing fees. Cancellations made within thirty (30) days of arrival, including no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures, are non-refundable.
A $500 refundable security deposit is required. The deposit will be returned within a reasonable period following checkout, provided no damage, loss, excessive cleaning, or violation of rental terms occurs.
Long-Term Stays: For stays longer than thirty (30) nights, the security deposit will be equal to one and one-half (1.5x) times the total rent due.
Merchant Disclosure: All refunds for direct bookings are processed via GuestyPay and will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of booking. Please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

VLN reserves the right to deduct from the security deposit any costs associated with damages, missing items, excessive cleaning, rule violations, or other losses. Guests remain responsible for any damages exceeding the deposit amount.
Achilles Cottage Notice: Achilles Cottage is a standalone property and does not have access to the swimming pool facilities.
Force Majeure: VLN shall not be liable for cancellations or interruptions caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, weather, government actions, or utility failures.
By completing a reservation, the guest agrees to all terms and conditions set forth herein, which constitute a binding rental agreement.
